Our terms of purchase
After placing an order, your order will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We will send you an order confirmation to the specified email address shortly after the order placed.
If you discover any errors in your order confirmation, it is important that you contact our customer service immediately at email@example.com to change
your order if possible.
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that is applicable. All our prices are presented including VAT.
In the event of obvious errors (eg printing errors, incorrect prices, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards.
If you are not satisfied with our correction, you obviously have the right to cancel your order.

When you click on pay, you confirm your purchase and are automatically sent to the bank’s SSL-encrypted payment page. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is a feature that encrypts all information sent between you and the seller and cannot be read by outsiders.
The delivery time of Spikecap is approximately seven working days. If you buy a product that is left-listed, it will be sent as soon as we have it back in stock.
Please note that mail distributes on weekdays – not on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If your goods have been damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to our customer service and the goods should be returned to us. In order for a return of transport damaged goods to be approved, the transport damage must be reported from you to us within 4 days of receipt of the goods. We will send you a new item free of charge for transport damaged product and approved complaints.
Mode of delivery
The product is sent by Posten and will automatically arrive at the delivery point closest to the delivery address you stated at the time of purchase. When your package arrives you will be notified via sms or avi. If the product is listed, it will be sent immediately as we have it in stock again.
Please note that you will need to present a valid ID and parcel number if you pick up your parcel at the drop-off point.
We reserve the right for final sales and any price errors.
You always have 14 days to return after receiving the goods. This only applies if the item is sent back in usable condition. Transport costs in connection with the return of goods are paid by the customer.
In connection with your returns you also send with your order number.

Refund / Credit
In the first instance, a refund / credit is always made to the original form of payment, which normally takes place within 10 working days of the receipt and approval of your return.
In the event of a complaint, we will replace you with a new SpikeCap and you will be compensated for any shipping costs that arise. Complaints due to incorrect use or wear is not compensated.
